Payment

What payment options are available?

Invoice/direct debit is our preferred method with wedding bookings as we understand times and locations can change from that of the original booking. This way you will be invoiced and be given a booking confirmation number, making any alteration easy.

Alternatively, you can pay via credit card over the phone.

We only require a no-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due within 7 days of the event.

Cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and you may need to re-schedule your event. We will always provide you with at least a further 12-months to select another date; we simply ask for as much notice as possible should you wish to re-schedule or cancel. For cancellations you will lose your 50% deposit and if the cancellation falls within 7 days of the event, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
